Nice looking fish though. The only difference between a rut and a Grave is the depth. So get up get out of that rut and get moving!! Time to work!!

Bluegill 2 to 3 inches is very common. Just hundred of them in big schools. This fish was spawning but I do not know if it's the male or not. Take someone new fishing at your pond. They'll be hooked forever. 1 acre LMB/HBG/BG pond
