This plant has been growing in my pond all summer. The FH minnows seem to love it. Is it just pond grass? Ok to leave alone?

I'm not sure Cody, but it looks like Chara to me.

looks like two different plants, left looks like Bushypondweed, right looks like, maybe Sago Pondweed or another Potamogeton

It isn't Chara, but is likely one of the "pondweed" varieties. Can't really tell from the photo if it is sago, narrow-leaf or some other type.
Equally hard to say if it will eventually pose a problem. Quite possible that it could become problematic, but depends greatly on several variables (pond's depth, water clarity, geography, etc).

Edit: Casey is correct. Looks like two different species. Najas minor on right and Potamogeton pectinatus (sago) on left, would be my guesses.

Im gona try and rake it tommorow. Cant see my bass anymore its getting so thick. I figure I should get alot out before it dies off in the winter and leaves a bunch of dead material in the pond.Cover is good but this stuff is getting alil crazy.

I'm with Kelly as I have a lot of familiarity with Chara and they're not Chara. Both look like something in the Potomogeton familar (Pondweeds).

Sometimes raking will spread weeds as they spread by fragmentation. Not sure if this is the case with these.

If pigs could fly bacon would be harder to come by and there would be a lot of damaged trees.
