Oh, and I pulled the PlotWatcher... Got 1 day out of it. Something must seriously be wrong with it. I brought it home. Gonna reread all the directions, make sure everything is the way the website says it needs to be, downloads, updates, batteries, usb drives, etc... Gonna give it one last try up on my food plot in PA. If it still only does that short a time, I will then give Day 6 a call and see if they can help...

Had one under me last night and the night before (2 different stands). Don't want to risk damaging an arrow on one. 22LR are a lot cheaper.

On a lighter note, as I sat down in my stand Tuesday night, my bow decided it did not want to hunt and jumped out of the stand, smashing my $250 trophy ridge site. So far this season is going great, seen a monster buck twice at about 10 yards out of range and almost dark, now I smashed my bow site, luckily I have acsess(sp) to a machine shop so I just machined a new mount and straightened everything. I'll shoot it tonight and see what happens..

I believe in catch and release. I catch then release to the grease..

And, my big boy is slippin! He has made a day time appearance now... So I know he is killable.

Mid afternoon huh?. I've seen more deer in the 10-2 period than at first or last light. They were in the chase phase when that picture was taken. The October phase of the rut is on right now. Good time to be out.

In my neck of the woods, no rut activity yet, and I have seen lots of deer. A little light antler tinking. Second week of November will be awsome.

Here are a couple cool videos of a buck chasing does in my food plot...

Here are a few videos from the Plotwatcher... Finally starting to get the hang of it and got it actually taking more than 1 day of video. Got 6 days and it was still running when I reset it. Goofed up with the time on it though! Ooops...

Deer

Turkeys(rain not so good with the Plotwatcher)

Momma bear and her 3 cubs, same ones from earlier this year I posted I am guessing...
