Who here is around Kansas City?
I'm going to be visiting KC from July 21 - 26. My wife will be in a conference for the first 3 days so, I'll be on my own to find some fun.
If anybody is around that area with a pond they'd let me visit, I'd consider that to be my kind of fun! I'll have a car so, I can travel at least 50 miles around the city.
I'd also be interested in any public waters if there are no ponds around.
Of course, I welcome anybody from this forum to come fish with me at my pond if you're ever around Athens, GA. (Atlanta is only an hour from here.)

Hey Al - generous invite to your place. Wish I lived closer!
Lincoln is a 3 hour drive north, but you are 100% welcome at my place any time. We have some Missouri Pond Boss forum members, but not sure on their proximity to KC. If you are feeling like a road trip again all my PB brethren are welcome here.

Al, Shawn Banks and SK63 are in the KC area, along with trialsguy and Pedro. And with Pedro around, Napoleon Dynamite can't be too far away.

I might have a chance to visit more than 1 pond on more than 1 day so, if anybody else has an invitation...it might work out.
