Dave...can you explain to us what we're seeing? Looks like your place to me...is this the original renovation or something more recent?

hi tj, that was my original renovation back in 11/05. approximate 1 acre pond, in the pic you can see portions of the clay band aid i installed to keep it from leaking so much, collection of groundwater in the bottom as it seeped in from upstream via the original creek bed, the rock crater structures, the sediment dam in the upper right paritally covered w/ landscape fabric and rock, portions of the hydroseed job (light green areas), and in the foreground, a portion of the regroomed dam road.

Was this a DIY project? You took a bunch of time off to at least supervise IIRC?

yeah it was DIY and i took a bunch of time off, but saved a bunch of $$. we unfortunately didnt completely seal the pond, but at least turned it from a mudhole to a year round gig.
i'll try and post a few more pics of the project just to have them here. it was one of the best things i ever did, its good to have friends.....who got me off my butt and instigated the whole project...
