Are sunfish, and bluegills a good choice for food for bass? I know they're very fun to catch!

Yes, in most ponds bluegills(BG) make up the bulk of the diet of largemouth bass. Other species of sunfish such as redears(RES) and green sunfish(GSF) are also heavily preyed on if present in ponds. In some larger southern ponds, threadfin shad(tshad) are commonly stocked and can become a larger percentage of your bass's diet. Golden shiners are often stocked in northern and southern ponds and are often heavily preyed upon as well. Crayfish, frogs and a number of other none fish species also contribute to a bass's diet in most ponds. Sunfish, particularly BG tend to make up the bulk of a bass's diet in the vast majority of ponds.

Ok, thank you, the reason I ask is because I read somwhere that there's a type of forage fish that bass do not eat, and I was thinking it was sunfish. (I have alot of SF in my pond)

I think LMB will eat just about anything that they can swallow, although they do have preferences. Just like we do.
