How much does it cost and when is the best time to do it?

The best time do do it would be around April or May when water temps are around 70 deg. As for cost it will vary. I think there are alot of people in texas that do it. I would say around $500.00 to $700.00 would be about right depending on how detailed the report is and how far they are having to drive to get to your pond.
