I see this one a lot. I think its related to ferns, etc. Some type of lycopodium moss? My botany fails me...

Overnight research concurs- I think it's horsetail as well. Now does anyone have any handy control measures? Chemicals seem to fail for the most part. Most people I talk to are unwilling to hand-pull.
