Fortunatly,the only ice I have to measure is in the icemaker next to my beer fridge in the garage.playing it safe means always keeping a couple beers buried in the ice.

So how thick is your ice no Dwight? I think I've got about 2 inches on the ponds but haven't gone out to check it yet. We may get a snow event today.


If pigs could fly bacon would be harder to come by and there would be a lot of damaged trees.

No, an ice meter is to let you know that you need to replenish the ice to keep the beer cold because it melts so fast here.

Thanksgiving 80 degrees tailgating at UT.
