Well, it wasn't fun, the power just came on at my home after two weeks and my Department stood down today from 12 and 24hrs shifts. I still feel lucky because my house suffered no damage. The worst thing that happened to me was having to work one of the Fema PODS, getting leg cramps and a sunburn. It was and still is devastating to a whole bunch of folks, especially Galveston and the other waterfront towns. The crew that fixed my power was from Oklahoma, so a big hats off to you OKIES
