Salamanders make great LMB bass food. They crawl on the bottom and the LMB fear they will attack the nest so they act like a defensive bass. Try it sometime!

I'm not sure I have the real answer, but the word that comes to mind for Pond Masters, from my ancestry, is the Scandanvian word "surströmming."

It is kind of like "Old fishermen never die -- they just smell that way!"

Just don't try to board an airplane in the US if your are surströmming, or if you smell of surströmming.

This tasty fish could unfortunately could get you arrested as a mind-explosive pond product.

In the case of gatherings in Pennsylvania one word doesn't encompass a bunch of drunks with guns eating roadkill.
