I haven’t talked to this guy but he comes recommended from a guy that did burns on his property.

I’m going to try to do some burns on my place this year. Hopefully I’ll be going to my first burn today to start learning.

Good luck finding anyone. I wound up doing the research and doing it myself. Hired 5 or 6 high school boys and schooled them how to handle the burn, with me being the supervisor. It worked out pretty good but was stressful to say the least. My first burn was through a pine tree plantation area. I have done a couple of other burns since then. After talking to two different fire depts. in the area they told me If it gets out of hand call 911.

I have only done it once as a kid with mom and dad. It didn't go well...
