one of my ponds is 1 1/2 acres. just a round ice cream cone shaped pond that slopes fast to 25 feet deep. i have 3 bottom difusion type off one compressor. have been running 24/7 for 2 years. located in north/east texas (hopkins county). should i turn if off in the winter and turn back on in spring or just run it full time?

That far south for God's sake turn them off! No need for them in the winter down there. If you had ice and snow for a lengthy period of time I could see it. But not Texas!
