my 1.5 acre pond was completed in the spring of 2006.although it never completely went dry,it never got full of water.in the winter of 2007,however it got full, was limed in may and stocked with 1500 coppernose bream in June.I have an automatic feeder coming on everday a 6:00 pm.after about two days of feeding I discovered I had a pile of fingerling catfish inwhich my bream are competing for food with.
I have purchased a minnow trap to try and capture some of the catfish.Am I taking the right approach or is their something else?
