I can see guys at bass tournaments popping pain pills, a two day practice followed by a 3 day tournament can be hard on your back from standing on the trolling motor all day. A good number of pro bass fisherman do have back problems. It's one of the reasons you see recessed foot contolled trolling motor on the newer bass boats these days.
