The interesting thing is the more I clear, the more wildlife I see. They really like the edge of the woods and the cleared areas!!!
Cleared area versus forest: Animals are just easier to see.
Unless the forest is in the thousands of acres, it is pretty much all edge habitat, thanks to fragmentation.
