Checked out my neighbor Lee's pond today.

Water temps were about 41 degrees. Saw hundreds of fatheads active around shallow rock piles and many of them were nibbling on the floating feed I threw out.

No sightings of bluegill, SMB, HSB, YP, or CC.
There has only been a couple of times this whole winter that I didn't get at least a few BG to come up and some feed. I've seen them knock small pieces of ice out of the way to get to the feed. They have never feed like this during winter before.
