Will the biggest bucks still hang out as "buddies" until they become rivals at some point before the rut? Or is there an alpha buck in the area, and he does not suffer the company of lesser bucks at any time of the year?
(I am trying to compare the sample of what I actually observe, compared to our true population.)
For the most part they all hang out as a group thru the summer months for whatever reason it seems like. Thats awesome RAH, I had very good vision for most of my life till in the last ten yrs it has went down hill quite a bit, from having to hold a newspaper at arms length in order to read it to my arms not being long enough, break out the readers. my distant vision still seems to be decent.
