Here in central MO we were on the verge of getting really dry, yards starting to burn up, not near like I seen them in S Mo a couple weeks ago tho, but wound up getting a few hit and miss showers and seemed to sorta green things up pretty nice again, the crops look like that went a long ways to making them, but I did hook up to the plow yest to turn some ground for a fall deer plot and man is that dirt hard! and its a nice sandy topsoil bottom ground field. I bet some of these pastures have to be getting pretty hard. that old plow did some grunting to get it to go in the ground.
Had my nephew in from Arizona for a week with his gf and we went out and caught some BG, bass and CC, didnt have any luck on WE, they may be down pretty deep this time of yr. they did get some good looks at the resident baldy that hangs around the pond, a lot of times there are two of them.

All the really good ideas I've ever had came to me while I was milking a cow.
