The water in my pond has been much more turbid than usual this spring. It was looking nice early, but shortly after I started the aerator it began to get ugly.

Then a few days ago, Lamont's dim bulb got a little brighter. "Where's the float that you tied to the diffuser stand?" It's under water. Derp...

The stand had tipped over so the diffuser was laying in the mud on the bottom of the pond. I pulled it up, replaced the diffuser ring, replaced the pool
noodle floats on top of the stand, and dropped it back in.

If the water doesn't start to clear up within a few days I'll shut the air pump down and give it some time to settle.

Surface temp is 72° F. The weather was hot and sunny for a change, so the wife and I took a swim after we finished our chores. We gave our Aussie pup her
first swimming lesson. She likes the water, so it shouldn't take much time for her to get the hang of it.
