FishinRod That would be even harder to do. The ravine my pond is built in is narrow and steep. My pond is kind of long and narrow and deep with very steep sides. Down by the dam is probably the only area I could maybe do it. My pond will be about 148' wide at the dam and 262' long. It will be about 19' deep near the dam and even at 200' from the dam it is probably around 8'-10' deep in the middle. I'm figuring it would take a lot of dirt to build up a peninsula.
My banks are so steep it is hard to walk around. It wasn't the best place to build a pond but it was the best place I had. Lol!
