The basic shape of the pond is there, but I have no dam yet, and its still full of trees that he's contracted to take to the lumber mill for me. He's taken a couple loads so far. He claims to be able to "do the rest in one day" so we'll see. He said he just bought a D9 dozer and was waiting for fuel stickers for it? No idea what that means, but its one excuse after another, and he never keeps me in the loop of what's going on. I'll give an update tomorrow to see if he actually shows up or not.
