Every episodes follows the same pattern. Jeremy travels to an area where someone was allegedly eaten by a fish. Upon arriving he tries to catch the fish with no luck. He then meets with the local witch doctor or some such person who burns some dried plants or somehow gives him a blessing. Jeremy then catches a big fish that if it were much bigger could possible almost eat a person. Remember the episode where some old native American told him he needed to put some tobacco on some small rock island? In the end, he never caught a big muskie, but resolved that what was seen might be two muskies swimming together??
Excerpt from Robert Crais' "The Monkey's Raincoat:" "She took another microscopic bite of her sandwich, then pushed it away. Maybe she absorbed nutrients from her surroundings."
