I think you are right and that makes both # 1 & 3 the same plant type. I need to pull one out to confirm, but the one you identified has both the thin, thread-like leaves underwater and the broad leaves on the surface.
Any guesses on the grass like one? It can also be seen in both pictures. It doesn't grow out of the water it just lays on the surface when it reaches it.
Is it some type of eel grass?
