A little daylight helps a bunch.

Removing the plexiglass funnel cover will give you access to the upper motor.

The spinner plate then can be removed by loosening the shaft's setscrew.

Once the spinner plate is out of the way, the two small screws holding the upper motor can be accessed through the hopper.

Now that I have it torn down, I'm also going to replace the lower motor.
Unfortunately, the set screw on the bottom motor is being ugly. Time to break out the penetrating oil.
