Year before last or maybe last year lol, I sat on the hill top which is about 100 yds away from that food plot and watched a nice 8pt feeding in the corner of the plot as I watched 50 or so ducks come into the pond. They came in groups of 10 or so. I was a nice picture all in all. I have several food plots I am working on right now. Have about 6 more to get disked up and seeded in the next few weeks. After years of experimenting on what seeds to plant I have narrowed it down to Elbon Rye, Winter wheat and a few oats. I add the peas I have left over from spring plots. They like new pea sprouts but they don't last very long.
