One year ago I was exactly where you are now. What I did was first ag lime everything and then plant annual rye grass. It worked like a charm. Grass came up fast and effectively stopped the erosion over the winter. Once the rye grass started dying out in the Spring, the natural grasses took over and now everything is covered in Bahaia, bermuda etc.
