It's a sad world we live in when you have to consider fences barbed wire legal action and all with a neighbor. I know that is the way things work today just sad. I'm wondering if its worth just to have a conversation with the neighbor and see what they are like and their intention. Heck they might be great people and have the same standards and goals as you and you all could work together at it and be successful. Sure it's a risk and they might even have to move and someone else moves in but that's part of life and making compromises. If it's bad enough you might even choose to move. But wouldn't it be great to work together with your fellow man instead of always being on the defense.
