I'm purchasing a shared 13-acre pond and I will own 95% of it. One other person will purchase the other 5% in front of their home. I don't necessarily have a problem with them using the pond as long as they remain respectful and keep it to fishing. What can/should I do to protect myself legally if they are using my portion?
