Welcome! I've used Optimal for a couple of years with TH feeders. Only issue was when I used tiny feed, #0, 1, and 2, which tended to clump together in high humidity. Regular BG feed, no issues.
Bass pellets larger than 1/4 inch will probably require you to adjust throwplate, however.
Bob Lusk has had excellent results with AquaMax, so I'm sure it is good stuff as well.
