Haven't seen those before, but since they are green, I'd bet they are plant/plankton eaters. Since they are aquatic, I can't imagine they'd be pathogenic, like some flatworms are. Bill Cody probably knows about these creatures...he'll likely chime in before long.
Teach a man to grow fish... He can teach to catch fish...
