Just looking for some feedback from those who have shot the Vanguard.
I am not much of a target shooter. Just make sure I can reliably put a good shot at the distance I plan to hunt. I have put a lot of deer in the freezer with the 44 but limit myself to 100 yards. It will shoot 3" groups with LeverEvolution ammo at that range, but I want to see what I can do up to 200 yards (have a few places where this might be handy if a bruiser showed up). Also, pistol ammo just does not penetrate like rifle ammo. I have had 44 bullets not come out of a coyote although it lays them down fine. I would like more reliability with front shots on deer and flatter travel at distance.
