Pictures on Nov 17 7:40pm are of Chara that grows submerged. Pictures on 7:41pm do look like some sort of bluegreen algae. Cutrine-Plus sprayed on it should kill it but do little for the submerged bushy stuff - Chara. For Chara sometimes Cutrine-Plus granular applied to it will knock it back. Depending on season and density of the Chara it may require more granules. I would try to rake a lot of it out then apply granules on what it left after raking. Grass carp and tilapia will eat some Chara to help manage it. i have some granule left that i could apply, but i am afraid it may be too cold now? water temp right around 60.
