My go to for BG and RES is a 1/124oz Cap spider. Yes, you read the size right. When I came across this video, I couldn't find any jigs that small so I had some custom poured. I can buy that jig size locally now days. I think this fly should be in everyone's arsenal. Anyone that wants to catch BG that is. Just let it sink nice and slow with a slight pull every now and again.
