I agree with Scott. The drainpipe was improperly installed. Needs anti-seep collar(s), and proper compaction front to back. If the pipe hasn't been properly installed, it makes me wonder if the dam was well compacted as well. If not, you'll have other leaks as well. Bob, I'm really unsure of the system that he's using as a drain. He has both 10" and 12" corrugated pipe. I have no idea how to seal what he is doing.
