The pro's should respond to you shortly, but I don't believe you've given enough information to accurately estimate your construction cost. I'm gonna assume that your going to build a dam. You're going to have to survey your site, establish how long/wide your dam will be, what your soil types are, ... Best of luck, sounds like a great project.
