I inherited land from my dad with a 4-5 acre pond it is draining rapidly. The outfall pipe was repaired by my dad years ago and supposedly filled with stone and concrete, it is now out of the water by 5-6 feet. there is a small standpipe in the center of the pond 15 feet from the outfall. Anyone ever seen anything like this. Pond is in New York built around 1962. I am flying up there Friday and not sure what to do.
