A little advise guys.
I own a 200 acre place in southern Oklahoma. It has a few year old 1 1/2 acre pond and an old 1 acre pond now. I have an old 10 acre pond that was used for irrigation.
The Dam washed out during the flood of 2007. I have plans of fixing it. Thing is we are unexpectedly moving to NE Ok. Probably will sell this place in a few years. I have a quote for dam repair form Mike Otto for 25K , I figure I will spend 5-10 more on Islands Etc.
Do you guys think this is money well spent?
Going ahead with it as already have things in the works. Just wondering if I am wasting money.
