Thanks Tracy. The saga continued today. The dairy farmer that denied they were his cows called back and said unbeknownst to him his brother had allowed one of their workers to put 9 cows in a small pasture they don't normally use.

BINGO! That's where the stray cows came from.

He apologized.

Late this afternoon all the cattle were rounded up and are now off my property.

However I am not pleased because my flagstone guy said the cows got up near the log cabins and pooped all over the sidewalks and stomped on zoysia sod that was just planted last week. He said it's not horrible, but still.

This newer neighbor has 900 acres surrounding most of my property, I don't wanna go to war, so I will not make a stink this time....but if it happens again I will follow your advice and call the sheriff. and I will see what it will take to fix the fence!

This scene was caught on my front porch security cam this morning...look at those dang cows up in the front yard of my cabin today.




Fishing has never been about the fish....
