I went with a slightly different stocking plan. More of a northern type plan. I have RES, YP, and SMB. With some GSH, HBG and HSB thrown in. I really am happy with what is happening so far. Lots of YP to catch that are great to eat. I've had one plan drafted up that was more of a northern Midwest plan including YP and SMB, even a small amount of WE sinc my pond is partially spring fed. SetterGuy - who stocked your lake? There are some guys south west of Bowling Green and another hatchery west of Quincy. Thanks!! I got almost all my fish from Rainman. Rex is easy to get ahold of. He's here on the forum. I received no surprises or mystery fish from him.
9 yr old pond, 1 ac, 15' deep. RES, YP, GS, FHM (no longer), HBG (going away), SMB, and HSB (only one seen in 5 yrs) Restocked HSB (2020) Have seen one of these. I think that's about all I should put in my little pond. Otter attack in 2023
