Welcome to the forum! I have relatives in Park Falls and in Fifield, and we go to Wi. every year to deer hunt just South of Presque Isle.
One thing that will help reduce the amount of muck in the pond over the years is if you will trim the trees back from the pond. The leaves falling/blowing into the pond help create the muck.
