Pat W. is building a retirement home on his pond up in the woods east of Buffalo, TX in an area called Oakwood. He has a buddy of his that has a drone and took some aerial pics of his build and man, it's coming along nicely. Congrats to you my friend. Looking forward to Debbie and I to come out and hang with you and Dana. We need to go and work those LMB over like we did last spring. Man, it's gonna be nice!
