Put in some xmas trees this winter for hiding places this spring. You should be able to collect enough after Christmas at no cost. Good idea. I have a lot of sweet gum out on the land, they aren't real big but manage to grow amidst the pines. Would they be good cover? I know oaks aren't the best, not sure about sweet gum.
