Thanks for posting Cmm! I restored a little 10 ft flat bottom and that is just not enough room for the wife and I. She almost fell out the first time we went out in it! I was wanting to build s deckboat or pontoon boat like your husband built but thought it might be a little safer to have some deep side walls. And... I purchased this rig, boat, motor, and trailer (I took the 50 hp Johnson off and put it in the shop) for ONLY $200!!! Did a little fiberglass and paint work and we are ready to go! I'll let you know how the launch goes.
