Do some more homework. "rocker-piston" is best used in water deeper than 16-18ft since it develops the higher pressures for deeper water. rocker-piston is harder to rebuild the air pumping mechanism than a rotary vane. Look on Youtube for how tos. Rotary is quieter and made to produce a lot of air volume per hp. Look at cost of rebuild kits, the rebuild frequency and the motor bearing life span.
