I'm seeking advice here before I do anything and I'll keep fishing until July before I spend any money. I have no idea what seining or an electro-survey would cost.

My pond has a large submerged island in the middle, so seining may be difficult. My bottom draw drain pipe runs directly into the creek I dammed, which eventually feeds an old established 0.75 acre cattle tank. I think I need to spend some time fishing that tank. Currently the tank and my new pond are too dirty for much shoreline observing.

Based on my notes:
6/20/2015: Bass stocked.

6/21/2015: Pond spilling.***
***I actually don't have notes on this event. I just remember the my pond spilling shortly after stocking bass, and looking at historical records it looks like it was literally the day after.

10/22/2015: My pond's low point (about 77" low).

11/26/2015: My drain pipe started flowing.
11/27/2015: My pond spilled.
12/5/2015: My pond was drained to pool level.

12/26/2015: My drain pipe started flowing. No spillway action.

3/9/2015: My drain pipe started flowing. No spillway action.

4/20: My pond spilled. (This one is actually my fault. I'd been playing with a newly installed ball valve on my drain pipe, and I didn't realize a flash flood was forecasted for 2 am!)
