I agree with Scott...if you think you can't remain calm, personally I would send a trusted friend or relative to be present and take some before/during/after video with a cell phone. Be sure to take video/pictures of the truck, license plates, and driver. The half-wit that did this will see someone filming and it might make him more careful during the removal. Documentation could be your best friend if this turns ugly.
