I was rushing around putting talapia in bags in five gallon buckets and ran out of oxygen! I was already stressed and only got one out of five bags filled. Apparently I had left the valve slightly open from the last time I used -- it is the only thing I can figure. So slowly emptied the tank over the last couple of weeks.
Not an expensive mistake but will have to start over tomorrow. Fortunately getting a full tank was easy.
