I don't eat what I would consider healthy, so I suppose it's due to activity. If I ever slow down I'm probably in trouble.


When the doc said the nurse interpreted my high potassium levels incorrectly due to additions they use in the tests, he said live it up on your foods. I weigh pretty close to what I was at 17 when I got out of HS.

I'm glad that was a screw up because I use to drink (2) 12oz V8 juices pretty much every morning. Tried one last week and the sodium content really took the peace out of things.
