Norm, It was good to hear from you. You and your neighbors are doing a great job getting things together. We have found, trying to make decisions of who is most deserving of our finacial help, to be a most difficult job. There are so many that need the help and since we are limited on funds, we cannot help them all. As you well know, it may be several years before the people in this area can reach the comfort zone they once knew.
